Active Buyer

In marketing, a customer who has bought a product from a company during the previous 12 months. For example, an active buyer may be a customer who subscribed to a newspaper in the past year. An active buyer is more likely to be a continuing customer than other customers.

What is the difference between active and passive buyers?

Awareness is the first stage of the buyer’s journey. Active buyers are prospects that are already on the buyer’s journey. Passive buyers, on the other hand, haven’t begun the buyer’s journey.

What are the three stages of the buyer’s journey?

The journey consists of a three-step process: Awareness Stage: The buyer realizes they have a problem. Consideration Stage: The buyer defines their problem and researches options to solve it. Decision Stage: The buyer chooses a solution.
