Infused Analytics

Infused analytics is the third and final stage in the Embedded Analytics Maturity Model and represents the deepest form of embedding. Another infused analytics approach is for users to interact with analytic content that leads them to immediately transact or take action based on the analysis they are performing.

How can we build an infused analytics project?

Providing this type of analytics requires a deep understanding of the end user’s work processes and their intentions. Developers need to be able to identify what types of activities a user would undertake when faced with specific business intelligence. Infused analytics often also requires algorithmic processing; for example, to identify accounts with a similar profile and suggest a workflow process that has in the past resulted in the best outcome.
