Sitelinks

Sitelinks are additional links which appear beneath the main URL for a brand or publisher when you search for it on Google. They deep link to other pages within your site, and are designed by Google to “help users navigate your site”.

Why would an advertiser use sitelinks?

An advertiser should use sitelinks to give customers quick access to multiple pages of an advertiser’s website. Sitelinks can take people to specific pages on your site—your store hours, a specific product, or more. Sitelinks will show in a variety of ways depending on device, position, and other factors.

What are enhanced sitelinks?

Enhanced Sitelinks is a new format of Sitelink Extensions that allows you to add up to two lines of customizable, descriptive text to your Sitelink Extension. The result is a larger, more relevant and descriptive ad, and a more captivating ad format by which to attract your target audience.

Is it possible to customize sitelinks on Google search results? How do sitelinks work?

If you are talking about sitelinks in paid searches, then yes, you can customize sitelink extensions on Google AdWords by enabling the sitelinks option. But, if it is for organic searches, it is not possible to customize sitelink extensions. See the full article for more details.
